Light DJ is designed for up to 4 bulbs with the latest firmware. The app will support more bulbs, however performance may be impacted as more lights are added (will vary with each effect). LIFX systems can typically support many more bulbs without affecting performance. If you have questions on a specific use, email me and I'll provide guidance.
