Wysa is an ‘emotionally intelligent’ chat bot which reacts to the emotions you express. Over time, it gets better context on your well being (e.g. if your sleep may be disturbed) using machine learning and proactively reaches out to help. It uses evidence-based cognitive-behavioural techniques and micro-actions to help you feel better.

You can chat with Wysa using suggested responses to text and photos. Type ‘Help’ at any point during your chat to ask for assistance from Wysa.

All information shared with the Wysa is private so only you can see what you share. Connecting to Wysa from your facebook account personalises your experience. User can login without linking to facebook account.

Wysa uses Apple’s Health app to help you get more active and feel better.
