•• HOW DOES THE APP WORK ? ••
Thanks to its simple design navigation is very easy: you just need to launch the program of your choice and you will see a series of positions, illustrated with a picture and a description. We have even developed a stopwatch function to guide you and show you how long you should hold the positions. You can even break if you want to stay longer on a position, go back or move forward if a position seems too difficult, for example. Please read the description of each position before doing it.

Because we all have different part of the body that we want to change, we decided to make you chose which one is the most adapted for you :
* Abs
* Gluts
* Thighs
* Back
* Chest and arms
* Whole body
* Streching
It is up to you to decide which program is best for you.
But to have mind blowing results, the fastest way is to pick 3 or 4 programs.

You still feel tired and you don’t want to train ? Turn on the music created for those workouts and let the music stimulate yourself.
