More than 200 different workouts created by professionals: all parts of the body are targeted. You can perform these exercises without equipment and where you wish.

Choose your program according to your goal : to lose weight, to gain muscles or to get fit, put in your data and 101 fitness adapts and gives you your customized program: exercises, number of sessions per weeks, level and objective.
Watch the explanatory videos to fully understand the exercises and not hurt yourself. Follow the plan throughout the weeks and enjoy the results.

If you want to do more sessions than those planned in the plan, click on session and do the one of your choice. It will also be counted in your history. This historical part lists all the sessions you have completed. This allows you to see your progress and start over if you want to break your record.

Following diet does not necessarily mean diet and frustration.

Just understand what your body needs and how to bring it. The "Articles" section synthesizes the basics and the recipes illustrate them. You won't eat green salads and starve.

You can switch from one mode to another at any time by using the switch button at the top right of the screen. Use the bar at the bottom of the screen to navigate from plan to sessions or history and from recipes to items.
