The ONcoach 100 automatically measures your daily walking activity: number of steps, distance, calories, duration of the walk.

▸TRACK THE QUALITY OF YOUR SLEEP
Exercise has a direct benefit on the quality of sleep.
With the ONcoach 100, you can discover these effects day by day by displaying your total sleep time and the time spent in the different phases of sleep: light sleep, deep sleep.
Don’t lose any data, the measurement of sleep is done automatically when you wear your bracelet at night.

▸REACH YOUR FITNESS OBJECTIVES
The ONcoach 100 has an activity gauge consisting of 12 LED indicators. Set a daily goal (number of steps) and track your progress throughout the day in the app.

▸MEASURE YOUR TRAINING SESSIONS FOR 40 SPORTS
Measure the practice time and calories burned for more than 40 sports by double-clicking on the central button of your ONcoach 100, then select the sport practiced on the application after the synchronization. For running and walking, the ONcoach 100 also measures distance traveled and average speed.
