Inspired Action: You've got your Bucket List, now you need to develop a list of inspired actions that will enable you to achieve it. Each day, you can mark your actions as complete and the following day it will reset. The important thing to remember is every action you take is a moving forward towards your desired goal.

Happiness Jars: This is a practise which centres around positive psychology. If you find yourself becoming overwhelmed, having a challenging time or an ‘off day’ then you can view the jars to help shift your thoughts and mood to a more positive state. Remember, even in the darkest of tunnels, there is a light.

Gratitude List: What are you grateful for? Being thankful for what you have in your life can also help you achieve clarity on what's next and important for you.
