This means users need to install several apps or navigate across several websites to fulfill their needs at different times.In other cases, users have access to centralized eCommerce platforms, where owners of such platforms dominate the consumer experience. Service providers are also at the whims of those platforms, as they have less control over the provision of their services.
The key proposition of the platform is that it allows consumers access to
important services from a single application. Since it is a two-sided platform, the second proposition, which is to service providers, is to allow them direct access to the demands of consumers. These connections are done with the exemption of a centralized authority.
