1) Our plan, your plan, someone elses plan? It's up to you
If doesn't matter whether you have a plan already from the web, one you're trialling or you want us to suggest a plan, it's your choice and OnePlan can do It all. If you've downloaded or been sent a PDF plan, you can put the schedule into OnePlan and start knocking those sessions down one by one!
2) Update your plan anytime, anywhere
We know life sometimes gets in the way. Don't worry, you can move your training activities around your plan whenever you want, to match your life, your way.
3) Never Lose your Streak
Can't face that run tonight because it's raining? Want to grab a night out with friends rather than a 20k cycle? Or just exhausted after a long day down the mines? Just mark the activity as missed and move on. We don't run streaks so you can be honest with yourself. Don't worry, we won't tell anyone. You can just try to hit that one next week.
4) It's not all work work work
Add your work or personal calendar to Oneplan so you can check if that 10k run on Thursday lunchtime clashes with your big sales meeting. It does? No problem! Move the activity to a better time or day with full sight of what else you have going on.
5) 1 sport, 2 sport, 3 sport, 4...
It doesn't matter if you're training for your 1st 5k, your 20th Ironman or you're just going to the gym every week, you can add them all to your plan in any combination. And we have more coming. But that's not all, we also have multiple plans as well. Just WOW!

We created OnePlan to scratch our own itch, and get our paper plans off the fridge (or radiator in my case) but we figured there's lots more people out there with the same itch. So rather than go to the Pharmacy(!), we decided to share it with everyone.
We're only just getting started with one plan and we have a ton of features we want to add so please help us shape OnePlan by giving your feedback, rating the app and helping spread the word and free up all those fridges and radiators.
