MentorMosaic is a matchmaking service that connects mentees with mentors within the private environment of a learning group or organization.
Mentors can sign up, and identify their capabilities in a mentoring profile.
Mentees can sign up, identify themes or topics on which they would like mentoring or coaching support, and use the app to find the best mentors within their organization or their learning group.
When a mentee has picked one or more mentor possibilities, the app does the matching, and facilitates introductions and private text-based chat.
