- Write a letter of apology
1. Touch the + button at the top right of the first screen.
2. Touch the center of the screen to write a letter of apology. (Max 20 characters)
3. Touch Reflect.
- Shout 3 times and reflect on yourself.

- View the list of letter of apology
1. Touch the icon in the upper left part of the first screen.
2. You can see the list of letter of apology that have been written so far.
- You can edit and delete the letter of apology by selecting it.
- You can view the record of the letter of apology.
