With the Unit4 Financials Tasks app you have all your tasks right at your fingertips. If you are constantly on the move, then Financials Tasks is the optimal solution for handling your daily tasks in a more efficient and easy way.

Unit4 Financials Tasks is an intuitive and simple app that lets you view, manage and respond to your tasks in real-time so that tasks are routed on to the next stage within your business process.

The app now supports the MobileIron® mobile device management environment. Organizations using MobileIron to manage their mobile applications can securely access their Coda server and ensure compliance with the organization's device and mobile application security policies.

With the Unit4 Financials Tasks app you can:

- Track and process your tasks on the go
- Keep tasks completed and participants informed
- Validate and record your tasks in real time

Prerequisites

- The app requires a Financials environment running Coda V12 Service Pack 10 (or above) or Coda V11.3 Service Pack 25 (or above).

- The functional security node Administration-XMLi-Workflow Tasks must be enabled in your Coda user's capability master
