You may use this app in perpetuity for free, but if you want more variety of meditations there is a subscription available. The subscription for 7 Second Meditation is monthly and can be canceled at any time. The current subscription pricing is displayed in the app.

If you choose to opt for the subscription:

– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
– Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Again, you may use 7 Second Meditation for free for as long as you want, no subscription is required.
