Train with a Pro in one-on-one on-demand Sessions, challenge yourself with HIIT Routines whose intensity is automatically set up by the equipment or train anywhere with Outdoor Landscapes while listening to the embedded music playlist that you prefer or simply connecting your Spotify directly from the app. Use your heart rate to control the workout intensity for an effective workout, choose a CPR (Constant Pulse Rate), Training Zone or Weight Loss exercise.

Thanks to Technogym Live Connect you can now connect your Apple Watch to the Technogym Live App for iPad sharing your heart rate in real time. Plus, your workout will sync directly with Apple Health and Fitness. You can download it searching ‘Technogym Live Connect’ on your iPhone App Store.
