Nordea First Card

This app is for anyone with a First Card. Available for tablets and smartphones.

The First Card app allows cardholders to:
- review uninvoiced and invoiced transactions
- receive alerts when a purchase/withdrawal has been made with the card
- categorize your transactions
- read FAQ about your First Card and your card insurance
- get in touch with customer service via phone or encrypted messaging
- block lost cards via customer service
- access offers and benefits
- view your First Card Club points (only applicable for Swedish cardholders)
- Open cards for online purchases (only applicable for Swedish cardholders)
- Choose where you want to be able to use your card geographically for in-store purchases and cash withdrawals (only applicable for Swedish cardholders)

In order to use all features in the First Card app, you must log in.
- For Swedish users – log in with Mobile BankID.
- For Finnish users – log in to First Card Online services at firstcard.fi with your bank codes to activate the app
- For Danish and Norwegian users – log in the same way as you do on firstcard.no/dk.
Without logging in, you can still see all relevant contact information for Customer Service and for our card blocking services
