PEP:Healthy menu for the day

We created PEP because we believe that healthy food can be tasty and easy to cook. PEP composes the menu for the day of simple, tasty, healthy meals, based on your data and keeps track of your progress.

HOW IT’S DONE
1. PEP calculates your daily caloric demand based on your height, weight and age.
2. Then it calculates nutrition plan for every meal of the day.
3. Finally it compiles a diverse menu for the day.

The calorie/protein/fat/carbohydrate balance calculation is based on the ingredients of each meal.

PEP syncs with Apple's Health app, she can save calories to the HealthKit database.
