• Tap in to your curious side—View and accept daily Q Curiosity challenges, and make every day a little more interesting than the last.

• Track daily activity—View your steps with Q Activity, delivered fresh from your Fossil Q watch or bracelet.

• Set weekly activity goals—Decide how many steps you plan to take this week, and try to meet or beat that number.

• Connect with other apps—Send your daily activity data to your favorite health platforms, like the Health app or Under Armour Record.

• Select notifications—Let us know the apps that are important to you. Q Notifications will give you a gentle buzz when you get an alert.
