Cingular Focus Baseball provides mental skills training by teaching the skills that will help players, coaches, and their families succeed on and off the field. Within the app, there are sections for players, coaches, and parents. Over 200 articles, videos, podcasts, PDFs, exercises, and forms are searchable and delivered within the app, Content is continually added to meet your needs.. It's like having Coach Dishman there to help you develop. Each month has a new focus that will help players develop a mindset and goal-setting structure that will strengthen their development.
