This App allows you to see the Augmented Reality of Dennis Rudolph's paintings at the exhibition "HERMES_TEARS" in the German Consulate General of Karachi, Pakistan.
The three small paintings are details of larger figures Rudolph painted in 3D with a virtual reality paint program. The figures are Eurydike, Hermes and Orpheus. With the app the big digital paintings appear and pass through the canvas at exactly the position of the clipping Rudolph painted in oil. The animated paintings move through the space to the tunes of Wagner‘s prelude to Lohengrin. Duration ca. 3 min, looped.
How to use:
1. Open the App
2. Allow camera usage
3. Turn off the silence mode of your phone
4. Turn up volume to max
5. Scan the paintings
6. Move around to fully experience the AR artwork
