Raritan Valley YMCA offer’s a diverse range of multi-level Group Fitness classes to meet the needs of all participants. Check out our class times and book a class that fits your schedule. Our classes are taught by certified instructors (many of whom of Sun Life employees) who share a passion for motivating and encouraging people to be active.

Our class includes early morning, lunch time, as well as late afternoon classes to meet or broad spectrum of schedules. Check back often as up add more classes.
