Ankle Physical Therapy:
Injure or twist your ankle? Do you chronically deal with ankle injuries that take you out of the game? This program focuses on ensuring you mitigate risk for any ankle injury by focusing on:
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Mobility
- Balance
Hurting your foot or spraining your ankle is one of the most common sports injuries. This injury can be prevented with a proper training program. Coming off of an injury you also want to rehab the ankle to full strength. This program will allow you to prevent and treat ankle injuries.
Never deal with this nagging injury ever again by completing this program!
Knee Physical Therapy:
There are many knee injuries that can set you back months and even years if you do not take care of it correctly! This program focuses on rehabilitating your knee using proven flexibility and strength training exercises.
The exercises in this program will focus on your quadriceps, hamstrings and thigh muscles and are usually limited to a specific range of motion. These exercises will help you increase your range of motion while also focusing on knee stability and strength building.
This program will have you running, jumping and playing back to normal upon completion. The program helps reduce pain and swelling so you that you have feeling of instability during sport-specific activities, such as cutting, jumping, and landing.
Shoulder Physical therapy:
This program is for people who have a chronic shoulder condition or who have injured their shoulder. Rehab your shoulder back to full health by following a complete and proven training system. Flexibility is also infused to help your rotator cuff reach greater mobility. Each level focuses on both endurance and power training and you should start seeing results in weeks.
Low Back and Hip Pain Therapy:
This program focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles in your lower back and hips. It is not uncommon for people to hurt their back, in fact, it is one of the most common everyday injuries. This program will help you rehab your back/hip if you injured it and can also serve as a preventative measure to mitigate the risk of future injury.
We recommend that you consult with your doctor or physical therapist before participating in this program.
