How it works:
- Download the free TheFlowOps app.
- Sign up for a free account and verify your credentials as a fitness instructor
- Browse studios, gyms, wellness resorts and hotels near you (pro tip: filter by fitness activities, location, amenities & more to easily find what you're looking for)
- View availabilities and book a desired slot
- Your profile will be sent to the host for review, and upon approval of your booking request, a confirmation email will be sent straight to your inbox.

How to make the most out of our app:
- Create classes upon receiving your booking confirmation;
- Want to teach at your own place? No worries, you can create a class from scratch, and a web and mobile optimised page will be generated for you
- Verify your profile to get the most out of the app, this helps build mutual trust
