iScala Service Order

iScala Mobile Service Order is a mobile application assisting service engineers to carry out their duties. The application works with the main ERP system (iScala) and implements a subset of general functionality provided by iScala in the Service Management module. A service engineer may pick up a service order from a pool of service orders ready for execution. Then the engineer may report different activities s/he has carried out under the current service order. The activities may be of three different natures – material activities (for example, replaced spare parts), time activities (working time spent by the engineer) and costs (for example, hotel, meal, transportation bills …). The engineer may decide whether a warranty covers certain activities or they shall be fully paid by the customer (when the warranty conditions were not fulfilled, or there was not any warranty at all).
